The vacuum furnace with gas shut-off represents the most evolved for the vacuum sintering of powder steels and quenching, tempering, annealing, solubilization and aging heat treatments (high-speed steels, tool steels for hot and cold machining, stainless steels), adapting, due to the specificity of the gas path, to the most varied geometries of the charge and of the pieces.

The furnace gives the possibility, during the shutdown phase, to prepare the circulation of the gas (nitrogen) at a maximum pressure of 10 bar, cooling the charge from the bottom, from above or from both directions, allowing the fastest descent of the temperature of the charge with the best uniformity.
