Graduated in Naples in electronic engineering I also graduated in enology and viticulture in Milan. I have worked for many industrial companies in multiple fields. For several years I directed archaeological projects, reconciling work and hobbies. Since 1995 I have worked for TAV VACUUM FURNACES collaborating in its growth and since 2014 I have been the CEO of TAVENGINEERING. My thought is that people should be left free to develop their creativity, for their well-being and that of the company.
Graduated at Politecnico of Milan in Electronic Engineering I have been employed since the beginning in the field of vacuum furnaces. My passion for the electronic devices and technology and over 15 years experience in the maintenance and project of vacuum furnace systems help me to face the daily challenges in this amazing field.
Inspired by a text by Kotler, I enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and then I followed a specialization in financial markets. After one year abroad, I was employed to develop the German speaking market of vacuum furnaces. Now, more than 20 years experience seal my passion and dedication in this field around the world.
I graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2010. After a few weeks I joined the TAVENGINEERING family as a Mechanical Designer. In a few years I became responsible for the mechanical design and the management of transfer technicians involved in customer assistance. Today I have the role of Technical and Project Manager, that is in addition to managing the technical-mechanical department, I also deal with the management of projects and orders.
Graduated in electronic engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, I joined TAVENGINEERING in 2013 as a tester. By assisting clients, I have traveled all over the world, which has enriched me both personally and professionally. In this role I refined my skills to find solutions to complex problems thinking outside the box. A dynamic work environment and highly qualified colleagues help me daily to expand and consolidate my technical skills.
I have always been passionate about technology and, after having studied electronics and electrical engineering, I have extended my interest in software development. The first part of my work experience in TAVENGINEERING took place directly on the field carrying out testing of new plants and maintenance interventions. Later on, my activity focused on technical assistance and industrial automation. Both activities can thus count on a consolidated long-term experience of fieldwork.
I obtained the Accountant and Business Expert diploma. After gaining experience and expertise in the administrative sector in other companies, in 2007 I joined TAVENGINEERING. The company has allowed me to grow further in the workplace, taking on the role of Administrative Officer in 2009.
